Friendly Tribal Visit

Talihina has a concentrated population of Choctaw Native Americans--my tribe--we still say "Indians". Geez. They had a mobile police command post set up to monitor traffic and the general area. Snazzy, hi-tech vehicle. Far cry from tipi's and smoke signals. Then again, so is my contemporary "iron pony".
